Leading Change that Works

Change is often hard on an organization and its people.  Some people resist it.  Others leap ahead without considering enough of the journey's details.

How can you most effectively lead and communicate change?

How can you successfully harness the talents of everyone on the tam and give both clear direction and meaningful motivation?

This workshop can answer those questions and offer actionable tools for your change initiative.

Change has been a persistent theme in my background, having launched several new initiatives in my product management and marketing career.  These include using new data to transform sales, marketing, forecasting, and strategy at a pharmaceutical firm, launching a firm-wide CRM (customer relationship management) system, creating and leading comprehensive integrated marketing programs for the most profitable business line, and leading go-to-market plan development for a transformative business shift from individual products to portfolios.
